Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

At Smiley LP we stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your order.

Apparel & Stickers (Made-to-Order Items)

All apparel and stickers are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind

Please double-check sizing, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesmileylineman@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.


Toolboards & Tea Trays

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, email thesmileylineman@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Original Tea Tray Replacement Program

We identified a material issue affecting a portion of the original first-batch Tea Trays. If you purchased one of these trays and experienced cracking or breaking related to the material defect, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email thesmileylineman@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number (if available)
  3. Send a photo of the damaged tray

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement tray.


Tea Tray 2.0 Limited Warranty

All Tea Tray 2.0 purchases are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Intentional damage
  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Normal cosmetic wear
  • Damage caused by accidents or modifications

To submit a warranty claim, email thesmileylineman@gmail.com with photos and your order information.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
